Never falling behind on your care.
Continuing education is a huge part of my responsibility to students, clients, colleagues, and fellow practitioners I work with. Representing one of the leading continuing education companies in the field of physical health in my participation with FRS is something I take very seriously. We are always working to improve how we approach the management of physical health.
The importance
of joint health cannot be divorced from physical health as a whole.
In training and in treatment, my work is oriented to get you to a place where you can do the movement-rich activities you enjoy most in life. Considering your medical & injury history, I take a very specific joint by joint approach to problem solve the adaptations you need for better tissue quality, movement, and overall health.
