The importance
of joint health cannot be divorced from physical health as a whole.

Joint health is lacking in a majority of physical training programs. This is evident with the number of recurring injuries and joint limitations presently seen. Unless these dysfunctions are specifically addressed, they will continue to present problems. By taking an ecological view of the body, I specialize in problem solving joint specific needs so you can have better tissue quality, movement, and overall health.
